CAN I GET JUST ONE SHIRT, OR HAT OR MUG. ETC., CUSTOM MADE?

NO PROBLEM - Individual items can be screen printed, heat transferred, embroidered or custom lettered.  Pricing varies, of course.

WHAT IS SILK SCREENING OR SCREEN PRINTING?

This refers to the process of "burning" a screen with a desired layout, adding plastisol ink and pushing it through the screen onto a t-shirt, etc. and finally sending it through a dryer to "cure".

WHAT IS A CUSTOM HEAT TRANSFER?

This is a heat applied transfer or “decal” that has a screen print look, but is best applied to white, light gray, natural or other light color tees. Medium to dark color tees, require a white backing material which works best with a “self contained” graphic or photo. It has a bit of a stiff feel when first applied, but softens with wear and washing. Graphic and or wording will probably fade with laundering. Garment Care: Turn inside out, cool wash, cool dryer.

WHAT IS INDIVIDUAL LETTERS OR NUMBER?

These are thermal film (vinyl like) or flock (felt like) letters and numbers that are heat applied onto the t-shirt or garment.  Letters are available in:

LETTERING:

1 inch size, thermal film, Arial font style (plain): white only
2 inch size, thermal film, Arial font (plain) lettering available in:
white, orange, navy, black, maroon, red, royal blue and hunter green.
2 inch flock: yellow only.
numbers; 2 inch size: thermal film, Arial font : white, navy, black, maroon, red,
royal blue, orange and hunter green.
4 inch size: Arial font, thermal film numbers: yellow, red, white, black, navy and maroon
8 inch size: white, navy, black, orange, beige, maroon, forest green, royal blue, yellow,
red and kelly green.
